New Website

Midland Erection Ltd. are delighted to have launched their first website to showcase the company’s depth of experience and its wide range of experience in designing, fabricating and installing steel structures and cladding.

Midland Erection - steel structure specialists

Managing Director Chris Poole said the website was part of the company’s drive to highlight its outstanding capabilities to a wider audience:

“Midland Erection Ltd. has had nearly 70 years of success.  We thrive on repeat business and referrals based on the quality of service that we provide to clients.  The website gives us the opportunity to tell existing customers and new prospects about our wider set of capabilities.

Some of our clients only know about our experience in retail projects, but we have built hospitals, schools, industrial units and sports facilities as well. Not everyone realizes that we have a cladding division with its own dedicated team with a wealth of experience which enables us to provide the whole building solution, on budget and on time.”

As part of its efforts to continual drive up quality and respond to customer needs the site includes a dedicated feedback form.  The company wants to make it as easy as possible for customers to provide both the pluses and minuses of their experience.  These views will be fed into the management system as a way of making improvements to the way that things are done.

Helping to build the new RSPCA animal hospital

Midland Erection Ltd. has provided the core steel structure for the new £10 million RSPCA animal hospital in Frankley just outside Birmingham.

The company designed and fabricated the galvanized steel components at its 3600 sq metre facility in Brierley Hill, West Midlands, and then installed the structure on site.

The new animal hospital and re-homing centre is being built on 72 acres of land at New Bank Farm, Frankley. The facility provides space for up to 60 dogs and 160, and plenty of room for smaller animals such as rabbits and birds.

Chris Poole, Managing Director of Brierley Hill-based Midland Erection Ltd, highlighted the value of the new building to the RSPCA.

“This is the only site in the UK that can complete the full journey for an animal in RSPCA’s care, from initial rescue, through to remedy, rehabilitation and re-homing.

Midland Erection Ltd. is delighted to have been part of the project and we are fully behind the RSPCA’s Leaps and Bounds appeal, which is raising funds for the building.”
